ASEAN Tourism Integration Meeting
The Task Force on ASEAN Tourism Integration will meet at ATF 2010 on 21 January 2010 to discuss areas of cooperation in promoting the region’s tourism attractions, facilities and services, including tourism investment.

ASEAN Ministers of Tourism Meeting
The ASEAN Ministers of Tourism are scheduled to hold a formal meeting on 24 and 25 January 2010. The attendance of the ASEAN Ministers, as well as their counterparts from China, Japan, Korea and India, is an affirmation of each country’s commitment to continued regional cooperation in the tourism sphere.

Officials of ASEAN NTOs, led by their respective Executive Heads, and representatives from China, Japan, Korea, India and Russia will hold their meetings on 22 and 23 January 2010.

Association Meetings
The four ASEAN travel trade associations, namely the ASEAN Tourism Association (ASEANTA), Federation of ASEAN Travel Association (FATA), the ASEAN Airlines Association (AAA) and the ASEAN Hotel and Restaurant Association (AHRA) will hold separate meetings on 24 January 2010.

ASEAN Tourism Conference
The ASEAN Tourism Conference (ATC) on 26 January 2010 is open to all registered delegates. The ATF 2010 Theme, “ASEAN: Heart of Green” will be discussed by panelists and leading experts invited to the event.

Press & Publicity
A large number of representatives from leading regional and international media organisations will be invited to cover ATF 2010. The media will play an important role in promoting not only ATF 2010 but also the whole ASEAN tourism industry.
