PRE-SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS (PSA)
|
|
The unique and specialized ASEAN Tourism Forum event makes it easy for suppliers of
ASEAN tourism products and services and international buyers to save time and
resources. With access to a larger pool of international buyers and ASEAN
exhibitors, both parties can maximise their participation through one-to-one
pre-scheduled meetings to sell, negotiate and secure deals with each other from the
Asia-Pacific, USA, Europe and the rest of the world.

Up to 60 percent of a delegate’s appointments schedule will be prescheduled.
Notifying email will be sent to you when the PSA link is open for submission of your preferences.
*Note: Each Seller Full Delegate per Booth is entitled to 1 set of
Pre-Scheduled Appointments (consisting a total of 32 appointment sessions).

ONSITE APPOINTMENTS
|
The remaining 40 percent of the appointments can be scheduled on-site through
the Seller-Meet-Buyer (SMB) session and Buyer-Meet-Seller (BMS)
session.
The SMB/BMS sessions offer both Buyers and Sellers the flexibility of making
appointments with whom they wish to see at the last minute or with those that have
not been successfully matched.
During the SMB session, Buyers will be seated and Sellers will approach them to fix
appointments.
If Buyers are unable to fill up all appointments during the SMB session, they can
approach the Sellers in the exhibition hall to fix the remaining appointments during
the BMS session.
*Note: Each Seller Full Delegate per Booth is entitled to 1 Seller-Meet-Buyer
(SMB) ticket.
